Please review the following terms carefully. By using our services, you agree to the policies listed below.

1. Service Agreement

TDSupportDesk provides Fiber Internet services subject to availability and technical feasibility in the subscriber’s area. Service activation requires customer verification, valid address, and compliance with the installation process.

  • Selected plan speed reflects maximum achievable bandwidth under ideal conditions.
  • Actual speed may vary based on Wi-Fi strength, device capability, network load, and environmental interference.
  • The customer agrees to provide safe access for installation and maintenance visits.

2. Installation & Equipment

Router/ONT/ONU devices provided under rental remain the property of TDSupportDesk unless purchased outright by the customer.

  • Installation timeline varies based on site readiness and fiber availability.
  • Equipment must be returned upon service disconnection to avoid charges.
  • Customer-owned routers may be used but must be compatible with our network.

3. Billing & Payments

Internet plans are billed monthly in advance. Certain plans may also allow quarterly or annual payment options.

  • Late or failed payments may lead to temporary service suspension.
  • Unpaid dues beyond 30 days may result in permanent disconnection.
  • Refunds are not applicable on active billing cycles unless due to service failure.

4. Fair Usage & Network Policy

TDSupportDesk maintains a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure equal bandwidth distribution during peak network traffic.

  • Illegal torrenting, hacking, spam activities, and cyber-fraud are strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive bandwidth abuse may result in speed limiting or account suspension.
  • Network monitoring is used only to ensure service quality—not to track personal browsing.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

TDSupportDesk does not sell or distribute customer data to third parties. Personal information is used only for service delivery and support.

  • Call records, ticket logs, and service usage are kept confidential.
  • Users may request account deletion and data confidentiality certification upon service termination.

6. Service Disconnection & Cancellation

Users may request cancellation anytime through support. Upon disconnection, equipment rented must be returned within 7 days.

  • Unreturned equipment will incur replacement fees.
  • Outstanding dues must be cleared during cancellation.
  • Reactivation is subject to processing and feasibility check.

7. Policy Updates

Terms & Conditions may be updated in compliance with regulatory, technical, or security requirements. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued service usage is considered acceptance of revisions.
